Request a connection

These instructions are for existing customers that are already onboarded to Redox and integrating with at least one connection. If you're ready to kick off an implementation project with a new connection, you can request a new connection from the Redox dashboard. Learn more about starting an implementation project.

  1. Log in to the Redox dashboard.
  2. From the navigation menu, click the Connections page.
  3. All of your connections display on the page. On the bottom left corner of the screen, click the plus (+) button. If you want to request an entirely new connection, click the plus (+) button from the Connections overview page. If you want to request a new integration with an existing connection, select the existing connection first, then click the plus button from the Data Flow page.
  4. The Connection Request Form opens. Fill out all of the required fields in the form. Just note that the default answer for the "Is this a change to an existing connection" question is Yes if you clicked the plus button from the Data Flow page and No if you clicked the plus button from the Connections overview page.
  5. Once you fill out all the fields in the form, submit the connection request form.

Submitting a new connection request form triggers a Project Request ticket in our Help Desk and an email to notify the healthcare organization that you requested to connect with. As the logged in user that initiated the request, you're copied on the email to the healthcare organization.
