Request a connection

You can request a new connection from the Redox dashboard.

  1. Log in to the dashboard.
  2. From the navigation menu, click the Connections page.
  3. All of your connections display on the page. On the bottom left corner of the screen, click the plus (+) button. If you want to request an entirely new connection, click the plus (+) button from the Connections overview page. If you want to request a new integration with an existing connection, select the existing connection first, then click the plus button from the Data Flow page.
  4. The Project Request Form opens. Fill out all of the required fields in the form. Just note that the default answer for the "Is this a change to an existing connection" question is Yes if you clicked the plus button from the Data Flow page and No if you clicked the plus button from the Connections overview page.
  5. Once you fill out all the fields in the form, submit the project request form.

Submitting a new project request form triggers a Jira Service Desk ticket to our Integration team, as well as an email to notify the healthcare organization that requested to connect with. As the logged in user that initiated the request, you are copied on the email to the healthcare organization.
