Second, we want to do an operational deep dive with your product & engineering team members, project manager, and executive sponsor to talk through implementation, pipeline planning, and payer positioning. Please come ready to share your current:

• implementation materials (e.g., testing toolkits, project plans)
• implementation KPIs and actuals
