Redox pricing depends on the:
- transaction tier or legacy product(s) you purchased;
- allotted volume usage; and
- professional services.
If you have a transaction volume license with Redox, you can track your production traffic usage in the Redox dashboard to keep tabs on costs.
Your license might include either annual, monthly or a pay-per-transaction usage.
Check your transaction usage in the Redox dashboard, or use our transaction usage Platform APIs.
We break down transaction usage for you to track in these reports:
- Current month (monthly license) / Current contract (pay-per-transaction license)
- Transaction volume
- Connections with the highest usage
These reports might vary depending on the filter you use to view transaction usage.
Depending on your Redox license, you can filter the view by product, connection, or date.
If you purchased Redox after 2024, the standard available product to filter by is Platform.
If you purchased Redox before 2024, the legacy Redox product(s) you purchased appear in the drop-down list instead.
If you have a pay-per-transaction Redox license without a real transaction limit, you can filter transaction usage by your connection(s).
Note that this model type doesn’t include a Current contract chart like the product view. Instead, you can view the Transaction volume and Connections with highest usage charts.

If your transaction usage resets monthly, you can select a connection and a month to filter the view.

If your transaction usage resets annually or lasts for the entire contract, you can select a connection but not a date range.

You can view your organization’s historical usage for up to a year, depending on when your Redox contract started.
