Redox pricing depends on the transaction tier or legacy product(s) you purchased, allotted volume usage, and professional services. If your plan includes a transaction volume license, you likely want to track your usage as you go. Good news: You can easily view transaction usage in the Redox dashboard.
Transaction usage metrics help your organization stay on track by showing successful production traffic for your Redox Platform product. Learn how to check your monthly transaction usage.
Depending on your contract, you can filter the view by product or date.
The standard available product is Platform if you purchased Redox after 2024. If you’ve been a Redox customer for a while, though, the legacy Redox product(s) you purchased will appear in the drop-down list instead.
Alternatively, if your contract relies on a pay-per-transaction model without a real transaction limit, you can select a connection. The page doesn’t display a Current contract chart either. Instead, you can view the Transaction volume and Connections with highest usage charts.

If your transaction usage resets monthly, you can select a connection and a month to filter the view.

If your transaction usage resets annually or lasts for the entire contract, you can select a connection but not a date range.

For historical data, you can view your organization’s historical usage up to a year, depending on when your product contract started.
