Manage your user settings

Last updated: Nov 16, 2023

Each user can view and edit their own user settings in the Redox dashboard. If your organization has single sign-on (SSO) enabled, though, only your name will be visible and editable.

Without SSO, you can view and edit your user name, phone number, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and dashboard password.

Edit your user name and phone number

  1. Log in to the dashboard.
  2. On the navigation menu, your username displays at the bottom. Click your username for the user menu to appear.
  3. On the user menu, select the User Settings option.
  4. Your user settings display. Click in either the name or phone fields to edit them.
