Each user can view and edit their own user settings in the Redox dashboard. If your organization has single sign-on (SSO) enabled, though, only your name will be visible and editable.
Without SSO, you can view and edit your user name, phone number, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and dashboard password.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- On the navigation menu, your username displays at the bottom. Click your username for the user menu to appear.
- On the user menu, select the User Settings option.
- Your user settings display. Click in either the name or phone fields to edit them.

- On the user menu, select the User Settings option.
- Your user settings display. If you don't have MFA enabled, a banner displays at the top with a warning that MFA hasn't been enabled. Click the Enable MFA method button.
- Under Preferred method, select the radio button for either text message or phone call.
- Enter the country code, then enter the phone number.
- Click the Send Activation button to finish enabling MFA.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- On the navigation menu, your username displays at the bottom. Click your username for the user menu to appear.
- On the user menu, select the User Settings option.
- Your user settings display. Under the Change Password section, enter the new password.
- Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field.
- Click the Update Password button.
