Delete a subscription

You can delete duplicate or unnecessary subscriptions in the Redox dashboard.

Only for engineer or implementer roles

Any user in a given environment may view connectivity settings, including sources, destinations, API keys, and authentication credentials. However, you must be assigned to an engineer or implementer role to manage them (i.e., create, verify, edit, or delete). Learn about roles.

This how-to is only for users with an engineer or implementer role.

Log in to the dashboard.
From the navigation menu, click the Connections page.
All your connections display on the page. Click the connection that you want to edit.
The Subscriptions tab opens. On the subscription you want to delete, click the Settings link.
The Settings page opens. Scroll down to the Delete Subscription section and click the Delete button.

The delete option may be disabled if:
You don't have the right role assignment. Make sure you have the right role assignment to delete assets.
Your organization has already migrated to production. Talk to a Redoxer to delete production-level assets.
