Two value sets are required to create one translation set. Read about translation sets. You must create a value set for each code set that you're translating to and from between systems.

- Log in to the Redox dashboard.
- From the side nav menu, click the Operations drop-down.
- The Operations options expand. Click the Translations option.
- By default, the Value sets tab displays. Review any existing value sets or create a new one.
- Review the list of value sets on the Value sets tab.
- Click the Create value set button.
- The value set wizard opens. Enter the value set name, then click the Next button. This name appears as the column title for the value set table, and it will appear when choosing from a list of value sets when creating translation sets.
- In the next tab, add your value(s) one at at time by typing the value in the field, then clicking the Add value button (or pressing Enter on your keyboard).Import optionValue set limits
- The new value(s) appear in the table. If needed, click the pencil icon to edit a value.
- When you're finished, click the Create set button.
- The value set's Details page opens with the table of values. On this page, you can view recent activity, including who last updated the set, and what translation set(s) it's applied to.
- If needed, repeat these steps to create another value set to map to. Remember, you must have two value sets to create one translation set.
Editing a value set that's in use by a translation automatically updates the related translation set(s).
- Review the list of value sets on the Value sets tab.
- Find the value set you want to edit. Click the three-dots icon.
- On the drop-down menu, click the Edit button.
- The value set wizard opens to the Edit a value set page. If needed, click the Previous button to edit the value set name. Otherwise, you can add new, edit existing, or delete values. To add a value, type a new value then press Enter or click the Add value button. To edit an existing value, click the pencil icon next to the right of the value. Edit the value, then click the Save button. To delete a value, click the minus icon to the left of the value.
- When you're finished, click the Update set button.
Deleting a value set
- Review the list of value sets on the Value sets tab.
- Find the value set you want to delete. Click the three-dots icon.
- On the drop-down menu, click the Delete button. Alternatively, click the View button to review any details prior to deleting. On the Details page, click the Delete button.
