Initiate a manual retry for a request

There may be cases when an asynchronous request fails—or maybe you want to resend a successful one. Either way, you can manually resend an asynchronous request by following these steps: 

1. Log in to the Redox dashboard.
2. From the navigation menu, click the Logs page. 
3. From the left-hand list, select the log you want to retry sending. 
4. To the right of the log name, click the Retry button.

   

   If you don't see a Retry button

   You can only initiate a retry on the most recent attempt of an asynchronous request. So, if you don't see a retry button on the selected log, make sure it's for an asynchronous log, and if there are multiple log attempts, that you've selected the one at the top. 5. This creates a new attempt within the same log.
