After going live, we strongly encourage you to conduct a thorough retrospective with your implementation team. Make sure to review all aspects of the project, including technical designs and decision-making.
You may find you need to update scope for your system or the integration as a whole. For example, maybe you’ve found that you don't need all the data included in the original data requirements or you need to add features to your system’s UI to better facilitate the user workflow.
We suggest intentionally setting aside time for a retrospective while the implementation project is still fresh after going live. Include your Redox integration manager so our team can provide any relevant feedback we have from your implementation project.
