Redox has developed an AI Assistant Suite that is embedded in the Redox dashboard. The features are designed to enhance integration management workflows, including self-service capabilities, while maintaining the rigorous standards required for Protected Health Information (PHI). Your usage and prompt data and that of the other users from your organization may be aggregated with users outside of your organization and used to train these AI Assistants. Review additional information regarding what data Redox uses and how. To be clear, PHI will NOT be used to train any features within the AI Assistant Suite.
