Access the Redox MCP server

Last updated: Jul 10, 2026

The Redox MCP server is an open, model-agnostic gateway that lets your technically sophisticated healthcare integration team manage, configure, monitor, and automate your Redox environment through any AI client you already trust. You can access the MCP server without downloading software, locking into a proprietary model, or giving up control over your data.

Prerequisites

Install the Redox MCP server

  1. Use the Redox MCP server URL: https://api.redoxengine.com/mcp.
  2. Plug in the URL to create a Redox connector in the AI agent of your choice. The instructions vary depending on your AI agent. Refer to our AI agent resources below.
  3. In your AI agent, authorize access to the Redox MCP server in the agent. This opens an authorization modal in the Redox dashboard.
An authorization dialog opens in the Redox dashboard when you click authorize MCP server in your AI agent.
Authorize Redox MCP server in your AI agent
  4. (Optional) For ideas on getting started, check out our MCP templates. Make sure to test any configuration changes in a staging environment first and specify the environment in each prompt.
